All Levels Yoga:
At Hylunia, each student is viewed and guided on a personal, one-on-one basis. Each class includes a fundamental breakdown of core hatha yoga postures, an awareness of breath, and an opportunity for stillness and peace. By combining postures in a fluid sequence, students learn to connect their breath and maintain focus during poses (modifications available).

One-on-One or Couples Private Yoga Sessions (please make appointment)
Individual session: 75 minutes $150
Couples session: 75 minutes $275

This private yoga session, for individuals or couples, is designed to accommodate each person’s mind, body, needs and flexibility. Recommended to everyone who needs special attention and help.
