Are you new to Yoga? This event is for you if you are curious and want to know more about the fundamentals of this powerful, ancient way of life. Beautiful Mona Van will give you some background on Yoga while you’re seated. She will take you through basic poses also known as Asanas. You’ll walk out learning something new, feeling empowered, energized, eager to come back for more!
