Introduction to Yoga – by Stephen Aldaco

Are you new to Yoga? This event is for you if you are curious and want to know more about the fundamentals of this powerful, ancient way of life. Stephen will give you some background on Yoga while you’re seated. He will also take you through basic Yoga Postures (Asanas), Yogic Principals (Niyamas) and Breathwork (Pranayama).
You will walk out learning something new, feeling empowered, energized and eager to come back for more!
