Learn about your Ayurvedic body type and what kind of Yoga practice is most suitable for you form our expert Ayurveda Practitioner. Our Yoga teachers will be demonstrating and practically teaching various yoga postures based on your Ayurvedic Constitution – Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
All attendees will receive a complimentary 45-minute Ayurvedic based Wellness Consultation with our Wellness Coaches.
