No cell phones. No worries. No pressure. No stress. You are here to completely relax, lose yourself in the luxury of the spa and relax. Our guides help you utilize chi/prana energy to stimulate your body’s energy centers, free blocked chakras and allow you to perform at your optimal energy level. The bottom line: you are to completely relax and balance.
It is customary to arrive thirty minutes (30) prior to your scheduled appointment. We understand that being late is sometimes unavoidable, however, tardiness may cause us to shorten or reschedule your service. In order to ensure the highest sensorial experience, we kindly request that all guests refrain from wearing fragrances. Due to the high quality of essential oils used in our therapies, please inform us if you are pregnant or have had allergic reactions to essential oils.
Please note that spa services are available to guests 16 years or older, with parental guardian signature.
It is best to reserve your spa treatment upon arrival so that we can accommodate your schedule. Reservations can also be made prior to arrival or via on-line booking or via phone.
Spa robes, sarongs and slippers are issued upon your arrival for use while in the Spa. We encourage you to refrain from bringing or wearing jewelry. We cannot be responsible for personal articles.
If you must reschedule or cancel any reservation, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. These notices are required to avoid being charged 100% of any regularly priced treatment, service, package or wellness class not received. We strictly adhere to the spa cancellation policy as a courtesy to other guests and our service provider’s time.

We encourage all guests to refrain from cell phone usage, and request that mobile phones be silenced or turned off when in the spa.
We highly believe that a job well done deserves to be recognized. Tips are always left up to the discretion of our spa guests.
Merchandise Return Policy
We gladly accept merchandise for exchange or spa credit within 7 days of initial purchase date with an original receipt. Please note that some items, such as make-up cannot be returned, exchanged or issued spa credit.
