So why do we meditate? The human body has an instinctive ability to shift into profound rest states in order to heal, energize, gain better focus, and cultivate a deeper connection. With a daily practice, you will move through the world with more relaxation and alertness. In this intro to meditation workshop, I will debunk one of the biggest myths about meditation, and that it is only about emptying the mind. You will learn about the different meditation techniques, and of course, I will guide you through a meditation practice at the end of the meditation workshop, so please join me.
